What good habit do you want to begin this month?

Everyone has good and bad habits, but we can always learn new habits in our life.

For my answer to this question, I would like to make a habit of two things: one, blogging at least 3 times a week, two, I would like to make sure I take time out to heal and be quiet and be happy; me time.

I often want to do this blog every day, and life hits me and I find it hard to make the time. When everything is going chaotic at the house, I always think about my blog and say “I should do that tonight/today” and then the day gets away from me and I am exhausted. This is something I love to do though, and if I am going to be successful at it then I need to take the time to do so.

For me time, as a single, working mom, I always struggle with this one. I frequently forget that in order to do my job elsewhere, I have to make sure I am firing on all cylinders and in tip top condition to do whatever needs to be done. Taking time to yourself, to process the day, to heal from any emotions, to regroup, is so vital for any of us.
